Our men’s gymnastics classes range from beginner levels to state and national levels of gymnastic coaching. Young boys and growing men will grow in self discipline and self confidence while learning new skills and setting themselves new challenges in a safe and happy environment.

Men’s Gymnastics is a challenging sport that can
proof entreating and satisfying to young men of all ages. Burning their
energy while gaining knowledge, self discipline and concentration
skills.
Equipment used in men’s gymnastics
- Floor work – A floor routine using balance, strength and body composure with gymnastic artistry including tumbling and acrobatics.
- Rings – This is a routine requiring strength and control along with balance with swinging and stationary parts to routines.
- Pommel Horse – using all parts of the horse gymnasts move in circles while swinging the body into spectacular combinations.
- Vault – Using a board to spring from and gain height for aerial routines this is an advanced level of acrobatics.
- Horizontal Bar – the bar is used to showcase continuous swinging movements with complete turns, jumps and perfect landing techniques.
- Parallel Bars – energetic swinging motions using acrobatic motions and paused moments where a gymnasts needs to use their strength to hold positions momentarily throughout the routine.
